About Daniel Defense

Daniel Defense was founded in 2000 by Marty Daniel in Black Creek, Georgia, beginning with rail systems and components before growing into one of the premier names in complete AR-pattern rifles. The company built its reputation on manufacturing quality — cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrels, tight tolerances, and a level of fit and finish that made its rifles a benchmark for the premium AR market.

The DDM4 line is the heart of the catalog: 5.56 AR-15s in everything from lightweight carbines to mid-length precision builds. The DD5 scales the platform up to 7.62×51 / .308 for longer-range work, while the bolt-action Delta 5 and Delta 5 Pro bring Daniel Defense's manufacturing standards to a modular precision rifle. The Sound Guard suppressor line rounds out the system.
