Q was founded by Kevin Brittingham — the man behind Advanced Armament Corporation (AAC), one of the most influential suppressor companies of its era — after he set out to build firearms his own way. Based in New Hampshire, Q has earned a reputation for two things: genuinely innovative, weight-obsessed engineering, and some of the most irreverent branding in the industry.
Its flagship is the Honey Badger, a compact, suppressor-ready PDW that became a cult favorite. The Fix is an ultralight, ergonomically rethought bolt-action rifle, joined by the even smaller Mini Fix, while the Sugar Weasel strips an AR-15 down to its lightest practical form. Running alongside the guns is a full line of suppressors with names like the Trash Panda, Bottle Rocket, El Camino, and Thunder Chicken — serious cans behind the jokes.
For shooters who want something lighter, smarter, and a little weird, Q is in a category of its own.
